Do I have to commit to a long term contract?
No, you are free to end your service whenever you like with no hassle or penalties.
Will I get the same cleaner?
Yes! We assign you your own dedicated cleaner so you don’t have to worry about unfamiliar faces.
What if my cleaner cant make it or is sick?
If your cleaner is unable to attend we will offer you another cleaner to cover but we will always notify you first.
Does someone have to be in the work place?
If your happy for your cleaner to have a key we will provide you with a key acceptance form for your cleaner to sign.
Is there a minimum amount of hours?
There is a 2 hour minimum per visit.
Are you insured?
Yes! EverClean Norwich possesses a full public and products liability insurance up to £2,000,000
Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
We use our own products and equipment. If you prefer particular smells then own products will have to be supplied.
